One of the most interesting events that we have organized was a conference of an association of law firms ("Lawyers Associated Worldwide"). They met in Bucharest and came out of 33 law firms (not considering the organizing firm from Bucharest) and from 30 jurisdictions, mostly Europeans but also from U.S., Canada, Australia and United Arab Emirates.
The talks were held in the halls of a large hotel in downtown Bucharest. For the evenings we organized special programs as follows:
- Day 1: visit to the Athenaeum and attendance of a classic concert of the Romanian Philharmonic orchestra;
- Day 2: Romanian Evening with music, barbecue and traditional dishes;
- Day 3 (and weekends): trip to Sinaia with visit to Peles Castle, the George Enescu Memorial House. Evening party at "Taverna Sarbului" Sinaia.
Accompanying spouses had a special program during the conference including tours of Bucharest with visits to specific location (highly requested was the Parliament building). A visit has been organized to the premises of a charity activating in the social assistance field: children rights and protection. Through this, visitors got the chance to meet not only the "touristic" Bucharest but also people highly devoted to social issues.

We also planned and organized the participation of various companies to fairs and exhibitions for the construction industry, all over Romania. When deciding to invest into such events, a company may consider several goals such as: promoting the company image, launching new products and services, improving current business relations with existing clients, sustaining distribution channels in the advertising effort, seeking for new business opportunities. In order to meet such goals we invested time and effort to the tinniest details. Major steps in organizing such events were:
- Defining clear goals and budget limits
- Dealing with the fair organizer and renting of the location;
- Defining concept for personalized kiosk, project drawing based on concept, agreement of the client on project, agreement of fair/exhibition organizer on project;
- Developing advertizing material, agreement by the client and execution of such material (brochures, flyers, business cards, promotional items: balloons, pens, bags, caps, T-shirts ...);
- Contact with media advertizing the event. Insert of the client’s logo on the official event’s catalogue or in any other magazines, newspapers etc. advertizing the event;
- Contracting with the fair organizer space for banners, roll-ups or mashes within the exhibition area; production of such items;
- Contact with radio channels for the broadcasting of short spots advertising the client’s participation at the event. Such spots could be also broadcasted within the area of the fair (e.g. Radio Delta RFI within the Romexpo fair and exhibition premises, or Europa FM with national coverage).
- Hiring of model agency to have models distributing flyers or even providing details on products;
- Contracting fashion houses to design and execute specific outfits for the persons representing the company;
- Planning and executing the kiosk attendance and protocol during the event;
- Booking of hotel rooms, plane tickets, parking and people transport during the event;
- Organizing closure parties (preparing guests list, organizing location, menu, atmosphere, camera recording etc...;)
- Disassembling the kiosk and finalizing the presence of the company to the event.
